Property for sale in Palafrugell

Palafrugell is a large town, and it’s where our office is. It’s a strategic spot on the Costa Brava, 10 minutes by car from the centre to the coast, with life all year round. As the centre of Palafrugell isn’t right on the beach, prices for both houses and flats are lower than on the coast.

Living in Palafrugell

Neighbouring towns Mont-rasRegencósTorrentVall-llobrega

Palafrugell has what many coastal towns lose in winter: shops that stay open, schools, a health centre, a daily market and the big Sunday market. It’s the town of Josep Pla and of cork, which left behind grand houses, restored factories such as the Cork Museum and a lively centre around the Plaça Nova.

The municipality has a bit of everything: flats and terraced houses in the town, village houses to renovate in the old quarter, villas on the surrounding estates and farmhouses on the way to Llofriu. On the coast, Calella, Llafranc and Tamariu have their own market, with higher prices and strong demand for second homes.
